About Event

You've been to the executive dinners. Maybe you've hosted one. Spend lunch learning how they become pipeline.

Your outbound didn't dip this year. It collapsed. Reply rates that funded last year's number aren't coming back, and every sales leader quietly knows it. The ones adjusting fastest are doing something old: getting in rooms. Dinners, roundtables, onsites. It's the easiest way to open doors without cold calls or spam emails, and if you're in a competitive deal, your competitor probably isn't meeting that customer in person.

Here's the catch at an early-stage company: nobody owns it. There's no field marketer coming for a while. So you build the guest list between forecast calls, play host from seven to eleven, and come home with a pocket full of cards and no system for what happens next. The dinner felt great. Nobody can point to the dollar it produced.

That's not a hosting problem. Events are the highest-converting channel most early teams run, and almost nobody runs them like a channel. The difference between a good night and actual pipeline is everything around the room: who gets invited, how you multithread while they're in it, and what happens the morning after. Because the morning after is where most of it dies.

So this is lunch with VPs of Sales, CROs, and founders who own a number, use rooms to hit it, and don't have "events" anywhere in their title. Forty minutes of matched conversations with people running the same play, then the room's own upcoming events worked as a group.

Format

  • 1:30 to 2:10: Structured networking. Timed, matched rounds via Twine with sales leaders and founders running the same play at your stage. Cameras on. No pitching.

  • 2:10 to 2:30: Mastermind. A few of the room's Q3 events on the table, worked as a group: guest list, format, follow-up. Plus two minutes of who's hiring and who's looking.

Who this is for

VPs of Sales, CROs, Heads of Sales, and founders who run events to build pipeline, or watched a competitor do it and thought we should be running this, without an events person in seat. If you sell services to those people, this isn't your room.
