Mad Money Club Refund Policy

To confirm your spot at a Mad Money Club event, you’ll be asked to pay a reservation fee of 50 DKK / €7. This fee secures your place and helps us plan effectively - it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

In addition, each event incurs an additional event fee. The cost of this will vary depending on the type of event or dinner.

Typically the cost of dinner falls in the range of 400-600 DKK / € 55-80 .

This payment will be collected either:

  1. Separately - one payment for the reservation fee (e.g. 50 DKK €7 reservation and one payment for the event fee (e.g. 400 DKK / € 55 for dinner), or

  2. Together as a single payment (the sum of the reservation fee and event fee).

Refunds for Event Fee

  • Up to 48 hours before the event:
    You may cancel and receive a full refund of the event fee, but your reservation fee remains non-refundable.

  • Less than 48 hours before the event:
    If you cancel and your host is able to fill your spot, you will receive a refund for the event fee.
    If no replacement is found, you are responsible for the full amount.

Example

You pay a total of 575 DKK, which includes a 50 DKK reservation fee and 525 DKK for dinner.

  • If you cancel three days before, you’ll be refunded 525 DKK.

  • If you cancel one day before and the host finds someone to take your place, you’ll be refunded 525 DKK.

  • If you cancel one day before and no replacement is found, you’ll forfeit the full 525 DKK.
