Art Talk - A Case of Pareidolia: The Art of Visual Meaning in Randomness
RSVP HERE -> https://nlb.libcal.com/event/5862811
Behind every painting is a process that most artists seldom talk about. Where do ideas come from? Do we paint what we already see, or do we create organically as we go?
In this talk, Amien gets candid about how colour, form, and chaos work together. He will explore the effect of pareidolia, our instinct to find meaning in randomness, which can unlock a more intuitive approach to image making.
Wherever you are in your creative journey, bring your iPad (optional) and come ready to rethink the way you approach your work.
