​Bring your little one along for a relaxed morning of gentle movement, tummy time, music, and playful bonding activities. It’s a chance to reconnect with your body after birth, enjoy time with your baby, and meet other mums in a warm and supportive space.

​We’ll also have a gentle postnatal movement session focused on pelvic floor health and recovery, helping you build body awareness, release tension, and gradually regain strength and confidence.

​Whether you’re ready to get moving, looking to meet other mums, or simply want to get out and enjoy some time with your baby, come join us.

​Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: Reschedule to the same class on another date or another class within 2 weeks, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 12 hours before the class via WhatsApp. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a refund; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
