WELCOME TO KARISMA MASTERMIND HOSTED AT TALENT GARDEN ⚡️
The Karisma Mastermind is a focused gathering where founders step out of the noise and into a room designed for clarity, perspective, and real conversation.
At Karisma, we believe the right room changes everything. Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs don't come from another podcast, strategy framework, or tactic but from a small circle of people who truly understand the challenges you're navigating.
After the mastermind session, we stay together for informal time to continue the conversation and connect with the rest of the community.
NEW: Every Mastermind Opens With a Deep Dive
From September, every Mastermind Day starts 30min earlier with a deep dive into something worth thinking properly about.
The topic changes every month and the facilitator rotates, but the shape stays the same. Hands-on, no slides, one exercise you actually do, then an honest conversation with a few people in the room.
It's the part of the day where you get to zoom out. Not to solve anything, just to think deeper than the week normally allows and to hear how other founders are wrestling with the same thing.
Whatever surfaces comes with you into your mastermind circle straight after.
September's Deep Dive: The Inner Game
You made a decision this year that looked strategic and wasn't. You avoided a conversation and called it timing. You held on to something too long and had a good reason ready.
That's the inner game. The fears, beliefs and triggers you never chose, quietly running the show behind decisions that look perfectly rational from the outside.
You've spent years getting good at the outer game. Strategy, hiring, numbers, product. Most of us in this room are strong there. Nobody has ever coached you on the other half, and it sets your ceiling more than any strategy does.
One hour to find the one that's costing you most right now. You decide how far you take it.
Your Facilitator: Alexandra Wennerholm
Alexandra is a global leadership consultant with over 12 years of experience helping founders and executives prevent burnout, build trusted teams, and lead with authenticity. She has advised organisations including Spotify, PwC, GE Health, BDO and The Absolut Group, which has given her a close view of how mindset and resilience shape long-term growth.
Her work blends research-backed leadership tools with interactive, hands-on exercises. She facilitated one of our highest-rated sessions to date, and she'll be one of three facilitators rotating through the Deep Dive over the coming months.
What Happens Inside the Mastermind
In the mastermind session, founders gather in small highly-personalized circles.
Each person has the opportunity to share what's most alive in their business or life, whether it's a strategic decision, leadership challenge, personal crossroads, or something they simply want perspective on.
The goal is simple: leave the room with more clarity than you arrived with.
Expect:
Honest conversations with people who think at your level
Fresh perspectives from founders facing similar realities
New ideas, reflections, and angles you hadn't considered
Real connection with people who understand the journey
