​MOVE, RECOVER & RESET - VOL. 03 🔥

​The Sunday Reset | Sunday 8 November

​A Sunday afternoon dedicated to moving with intention, releasing tension and taking some time for yourself.

​For our third gathering, we’re slowing things down. We’ll begin with Jasper Stretch, an hour of guided functional stretching and mobility, before heading down to Saltwater Sauna for 90 minutes of warmth, recovery and good company by the sea.

​Two experiences, just a short walk apart.

​1:00–2:00 PM | JASPER STRETCH 🧘

​📍 Neptune Room, Harvester Boscombe

​A guided session combining functional mobility, stretching, breath and body awareness.

​We’ll explore how your body moves, recognise areas of tension and work through accessible movements to improve mobility and encourage relaxation.

​Drawing on my background in personal training and corrective exercise, the session is designed to help you feel more connected to your body, rather than simply stretching for the sake of it.

​All abilities welcome. Adaptations will be offered, and mats are provided.

​2:15–3:45 PM | SALTWATER SAUNA 🔥

​📍 Saltwater Sauna, Boscombe Beach

​After a short walk to the seafront, we’ll settle into 90 minutes of communal sauna time.

​Expect warmth, herbal tea, optional sea dips and contrast bathing, and a chance to unwind with good people.

​No pressure, no rushing. Just time to recover and enjoy the experience.

• ​Price: £35 per person — includes both experiences

• ​Spaces: Just 9 available

• ​Bring: Comfortable clothes for stretching, swimwear, two towels and water

• ​Accessibility: Neptune Room is accessed by stairs only

​BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

​Spaces are limited, and both venues are booked in advance.

​If you can no longer attend, please let me know as early as possible. Tickets are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the event, but may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

​If the event is cancelled by Jasper Wellness, you’ll receive a full refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
