DAO Suisse Talks: Tokenomics
Event Overview:
In this meet-up we will explore the critical economic considerations surrounding the launch of a token and spotlight key decisions required when introducing a governance token within a DAO setting. Our aim is to share insights from our hands-on experiences with various tokenomics projects and convey our understanding of the inherent value of a token.

About the speakers:
Dr. Nicolas Eschenbaum is a Senior Economist at the Center for Cryptoeconomics. He specializes in game theory, industrial and competition economics. He obtained his PhD from the University of St Gallen with a thesis in industrial organization in digital markets. He is an expert in mechanism design and has supported various tokenomics projects at the Center for Cryptoeconomics.
Beatrix Marosvölgyi is an Economist with the Center for Cryptoeconomics. She holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Bern. At the Center, she is mainly involved in designing the tokenomics of Web3-game projects.
Nicolas Oderbolz is an Economist with Swiss Economics. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Zurich and specializes in empirical methods and data analytics. During his master’s studies he worked as a research assistant at the University of Zurich, contributing to research in labor and development economics.
