Join me in Astoria on Saturday, September 26 for a special gathering celebrating the Harvest Moon + our crossing into Autumn.
This Full Moon arrives in Aries, opposite the Libra Sun, and is also the Harvest Moon, the full moon closest to the Autumn Equinox. It’s a beautiful moment to gather, reflect, give thanks for what has ripened, and make space for what comes next.
We’ll move through a full guided Breathwork practice, with time for journaling, a seasonal altar, tea, and space to simply be together.
🍂 AUTUMN: THE GREAT EXHALE
I love tracking the seasons and moon cycles because they remind my nervous system and my animal body that time is more than deadlines, calendars, and the endless churn of modern life.
The light changes. The moon waxes and wanes. The air cools.
The natural world knows when it is time to grow, harvest, release, and rest.
The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance between light and dark before we begin our descent into the quieter, more inward half of the year.
More yin. More dreaming. More magic. More rest.

One of the things I’m most excited about is our new Astoria space. We have room to breathe, linger, talk, journal, and gather without being rushed in or out the door. I want these sessions to feel like a real pause in time.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a tea cup, yoga mat or blanket to lie on, plus anything that helps you feel cozy and supported. For now! I’ll eventually have our new space stocked with mats, blankets, and props. 🤎

VFW Post 2348 members are always welcome to join at no cost. A portion of proceeds from gatherings held here will also be donated back to the VFW in gratitude for opening their space to our community.
