About Event

An English version will follow.

Notre facilitatrice

Amy Dam alias @edna.sourdough

A relaxed, hands-on intro to making really good Focaccia 😏

Focaccia is one of those simple pleasures that reminds us good food doesn't have to be complicated. It's about working with a few humble ingredients, enjoying the process, and discovering how a little patience can transform flour, water, olive oil, and salt into something unforgettable.

During this workshop, we'll make focaccia together from start to finish — mixing the dough, learning the basics of fermentation, stretching, dimpling, topping, baking, and of course, tasting. Along the way, you'll pick up techniques and tips you can easily recreate at home. No experience needed — just curiosity and an appetite.

And like everything we do, this workshop is as much about the experience as the recipe. Flour-covered hands, conversations that unfold naturally, a table shared, and the simple joy of making something together.

All ingredients and materials are provided. You'll leave with your own freshly made focaccia, the recipe, and the confidence to bake it again whenever the craving strikes.

â€‹đŸ—Łïž The workshop is bilingual.
đŸč Drinks will be available for purchase.

Our facilitator

Amy Dam aka @edna.sourdough

Amy is scientist at heart, lawyer by day, and baker in her soul. She started baking in 2020 as a way to slow down and reconnect with something tangible. What began as a quiet practice quickly turned into a curiosity for the science, the feel, and the rhythm of sourdough. Since then, she's been baking, experimenting, and sharing what she learns along the way, with a love for both the process and the people around it.
