Growth Through Discomfort Vol.2

Usual price: $52 · Altitude exclusive: $38

After a long day, most of us just want to switch off. That’s sometimes better done together than alone.

Think of this as shared recovery: sauna, ice bath and lounge, with seven other founders, operators and investors. No suits, no pitch decks, no pretense.

We tried the facilities ourselves first. Sitting in 80° heat or 4° water makes it hard to put on a front, so the small talk you get at formal events doesn’t last long.

What’s changed: we’ve cut the room from 20 to 8. Fewer people means you actually get to know each of them.

The evening
🕡 6:15pm · Check in, say you’re with Altitude
🔥 6:30–8:00pm · Sauna, plunge, lounge
🍽 After · Dinner nearby (optional, not included)

Bring: swimwear. That’s it.

Worst case, you get a sauna and ice bath session for less than usual. At best, you leave having met people who open doors you didn’t know were there.

Heat and cold aren’t for everyone. Sit out any round you like, and let us know beforehand if you’re pregnant or have heart or blood pressure concerns. 18+.
