The House Within: A Creative Somatic Workshop
This is an invitation to explore your inner world through creativity, reflection, and body-based practice. ✨
You’ll create your own miniature mushroom house while moving through guided reflection, journaling, somatic practices, gentle movement, and inner-child exploration.
The creative process becomes a way to slow down and give shape to something that may be difficult to access through words alone.
Who's this for?
If you are someone who is used to being capable, responsible, productive, or constantly thinking ahead, if you’re neurodivergent, or if you feel like you had to grow up a little too fast, this workshop is for you!
What else is included?
- Gorgeous treehouse-inspired space
- Materials for your mushroom house
- Bring your own journal if you'd like, otherwise we will have extra papers and pens for you
- Polaroid pic of you & your mushroom house to take home
- Light snacks & beverages
Come ready to make something with your hands, reconnect with your body, and spend a few hours exploring the house within. 🍄🏡
