Your facilitators:
Erin creates sacred spaces for women to go from emotional suppression to emotional expression. She works with those who have been taught to silence their emotions and are finally release what’s been held inside. Through powerful somatic experiences she helps you move stuck emotions out of your body, reclaim your voice, and step into your power. Erin has a Masters degree in Counseling and Career Development, is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Career Counselor (CCC), a certified Breathwork facilitator, and certified Reiki practitioner.
Nixie is a psychosomatic practitioner, creative career mentor, designer, artist, and owner of Memoiry. With over 15 years of experience spanning product design, brand marketing, and creative leadership, she now focuses on somatic facilitation and creating experiences that help people heal burnout, reconnect with themselves and their bodies, and cultivate greater creativity. Outside of Memoiry, you'll usually find her making art, exploring new places to eat, birdwatching, or endlessly exploring the intersection of science and spirituality. IG: @nix.ie
