Join us for an easy morning run, hosted by Frontline.
George from Frontline will show the way with Anders, starting by the water at Shack15 and running all the way to our next activity - sauna & cold plunge at Alchemy Springs. It's the perfect way to make the most of the jet lag and connect with other early risers before the day properly starts.
We’ll end with some pastries and coffee - if that’s a deciding factor for anyone!
Please note: the run finishes at Alchemy Springs, where we'll have our sauna and cold plunge session.
Bring a swimsuit and a change of clothes to the bag drop at Shack15 before we set off - we'll take your bag straight to Alchemy Springs, so you can run light. Towels and sandals are provided there.
