In Your Body — Morning Session
Before the day fills up, there's a window. This is it.
A gentle hour of guided movement to start the morning grounded — in your body, in your breath, in the room. No performance, no experience needed. Just a willingness to slow down and notice what's there.
Inga will guide you through simple practices drawn from contact improvisation, Body-Mind Centering, and somatic movement work. The focus is practical: weight, breath, presence, ease. You move at your own pace. The session holds the structure so you don't have to.
By the time you leave, the aim is simple — to feel a little more settled, a little less tense, and a little more at home in yourself before the rest of the day begins.
About Inga
Inga is an individual psychology consultant and student of Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy, with years of dance behind her and training across Vilnius and Amsterdam. She brings structure without rigidity, and curiosity without pressure. The space she holds is one where individual pace is not just allowed — it's the point.
