​​On Saturday, November 8th join us for an immersive social experience exploring the elements through breathwork, yoga and community.

​5:00 PM - Doors open

​5:30 PM - Yoga with Silvanna

​6:30 PM - Breathwork with Jake

​7:00–10:00 PM - Ice baths & social

​Bring:

​An open heart, swimwear + towel (if joining the ice bath. 

​​The Social (from 7:00pm – 10PM)
After the immersive practices, stay with us into the night for music, community, and celebration.
