About Event

There is a particular kind of exhaustion moving through the collective right now. The news is relentless. The ground feels uncertain. And grief — both personal and planetary — has a way of accumulating in the body when there is nowhere to put it.

This circle is an invitation to put it somewhere.

Rooted in the teachings of the Wood element from Chinese medicine — the energy of spring, of emergence, of life pushing through even the hardest ground — we'll gather online to explore what it means to hold hope and grief at the same time. Not as opposites. As companions.

This is not a lecture or a workshop. It is a held space. You are welcome to come exactly as you are.

What to expect:

  • Opening reflection on the Wood element and the season we're in

  • Guided somatic settling practice

  • Open sharing and witnessing in community

  • Closing integration

Who this is for: Anyone navigating uncertainty, grief, or existential anxiety. Those who have sat with plant medicine and those who haven't. People who simply need a place to land.

Facilitated by Alexa & Luke Sacred Counsel | Integrative Psychedelic Support www.sacred-counsel.com

This event is free and open to all. A love offering will be welcomed but never required.
