‘Unleashing your F-Factor: A F-Unconventional Tech Mentoring Event’
THIS IS A MEMBERS ONLY EVENT. TO JOIN THE F FACTOR CLICK HERE: https://www.meetup.com/the-f-factor-tech-women/
Back by popular demand, our Tech Mentoring Meetup is back! We are collaborating with our friends at Medoo for a second event!
The theme for this edition is ‘Unleash your inner F-Factor’.
What is the biggest blocker to you realising your potential? Come break through the systemic blockers you have encountered and your own limiting beliefs with mentors’ and peers’ support at our next F-Factor meetup.
We don't have enough relatable role models in tech, let alone mentors. Not just for noobs to the sector, women in tech want mentors at different stages throughout their careers, for all kinds of things. Like decisions on career direction, dealing with a tough boss or internal politics, getting promoted, joining a new team, negotiating a pay rise or interviewing for a new job. So many reasons for having someone impartial who gets the context and can give you advice.
At this Unconference, you're leading the topic - decide what you want to talk about and we'll have plenty of women from tech there to bounce your thoughts and challenges off.
We will also have book giveaways plus drinks and snacks.
