About Event

Smell is the sense most tied to memory and emotion, and the one we think about least. Until it's gone.

In this live online session, we'll explore smell, memory, and what happens when one of our most overlooked senses suddenly disappears.

I lost my sense of smell a few years ago. What followed was equal parts disorienting and eye-opening, and it led me deep into the neuroscience of scent, recovery, and sensory wellbeing. That's what Sensory Recovery grew out of.

We'll talk about the emotional weight of smell loss, how structured scent training can help the brain rewire itself, and how working with your senses can quietly improve focus, mood, and everyday life.

We'll cover

•The emotional impact of losing your sense of smell
• How scent training works and what neuroplasticity has to do with it
• Sensory rituals for focus, relaxation, and everyday life
• Open Q&A

Open to anyone curious, whether you've experienced smell loss or just want to understand your senses a little better.
