Proposed four-hour agenda (240 minutes)
Meet the team + Grok Bot basics — 30 minutes Watch a prepared live-build example. Learn what agents, tools and recurring tasks do, and ask questions.
Build your Chief of Staff — 25 minutes Create your first agent, write its job description and test a first request.
Connect useful information — 35 minutes Practise Gmail and Google Calendar setup using authorised accounts or sample exercises. Prepare a schedule brief.
Build your Inbox Assistant — 35 minutes Review selected emails and prepare one reply for human approval. No automatic sending.
Take a break — 10 minutes
Build your Learning & Research Scout — 30 minutes Choose a topic, generate a sourced update and record the next learning question.
Bring the findings together — 30 minutes Test the planned handoff method and review a combined briefing. The final method is still being tested.
Try a recurring routine — 35 minutes Practise scheduling, an immediate test, reviewing results and pausing. Scheduled execution remains a validation target.
Show your work + next steps — 10 minutes Review a useful result and the planned Starter Kit. Choose what to improve or build next.
Edmund leads the demonstrations; Son Tung supports setup and troubleshooting. The curriculum is still being validated. Final exercises will be confirmed after rehearsing account connections, shared tasks and scheduled runs with beginners.
For business owners, professionals and AI-curious adults comfortable with everyday apps. Bring your laptop and charger. Use authorised Gmail and Google Calendar accounts or sample exercises; leave confidential work data at work. Wait for confirmed setup instructions before purchasing software.
The organisers’ proposed founding-cohort workshop fee is S$50 per person (regular S$200). Software subscriptions and usage costs are separate. This Luma interest registration is free; it is not a free workshop ticket, and no payment is collected here. Target workshop group: 8–10 learners.
