If that question has ever made you pause, stumble, or give a different answer depending on who's asking, this evening is for you.
International Generalist Day is Generalist World’s global day of in-person meetups, bringing generalists together to connect and celebrate the squiggly, non-linear, hard-to-summarise career paths that got us here.
It’s a chance to stop hiding the breadth of what we do and meet others who’ve never quite fitted neatly into one box either.
Come along for good conversations, no pitches, no panel, no formal intros.
The night will include some networking, a fireside chat with Milly, founder of Generalist World, and a book swap - bring a book wrapped up you would love to give to another generalist; take one home with you.
We are generalists in a room, together, celebrating which turns out to be a surprisingly rare and brilliant thing!
Who's this for?
Portfolio careerists, career changers, multi-hyphenates, founders wearing nine hats, people between things, and anyone whose LinkedIn headline has never quite felt right. You don't need to be a Generalist World member; everyone's welcome.
