​The Book Design Collective presents: Creative Sessions

​In these monthly 1 hour sessions, we will tackle a fun skill-based creative prompt to help us get our of our heads, experiment and play. The prompt will be provided at the start of the Zoom and will be relevant to an aspect of book design, thus aimed at informing and expanding our design practices. There is no preparation needed, just bring yourself, and your computer. If you want to work in an analogue medium, feel free to bring that along too!

​The format:

​First 10 minutes: We will chat about the prompt and go over the details.

​Creative time: The next 40 minutes will be spent creating and working on the prompt. If you want to use this space for your own personal creative projects and to co-work alongside other creatives working on the prompt, that’s great too! This space is for you to grow and have fun. We just ask that our discussion time is focused on the monthly prompt.

​Last 10 minutes: We will chat and share our work and design thinking behind what we created.
