​🤖 AI Agent Hackathon

​Join Coffee & Code Philadelphia for two days of AI-agent building, live demos, technical talks, awards, pizza, and community.

​The Hackathon Build Day takes place on September 20 at Pennovation Center. Participants and community members will return on September 22 for an expanded Awards & Community Night at Cesium.

​Come with a team, find collaborators at the event, or build independently. You do not need to arrive with a finished project idea.

​What You Can Build

​Explore coding agents, multi-agent systems, tool use, automation, memory and context, evaluation, reliability, AI safety, open-source frameworks, and real-world agent applications.

​Day 2 Awards and Community Night

​We have extended the evening until 9:00 PM to provide more time for demos and networking.

​6:00 PM — Doors, pizza, and hackathon demo booths
6:30 PM — Welcome introductions
6:40 PM — Tom DiCarlo of Bentley Systems on AI Gateway Infrastructure
7:05 PM — Lightning talks and short AI demos from local builders
7:35 PM — Hackathon awards and closing ceremony
8:00–9:00 PM — Post-awards networking and final project demos

​What to Bring

​Bring your laptop, charger, development setup, and any API keys or tools you plan to use. Please configure and test your environment before the event.

​Whether you are an experienced agent developer or exploring the space for the first time, the goal is to build something working, learn from other developers, and connect with Philadelphia’s AI community.
