​Speaker Bio:

​A Holistic Health Therapist. For over 15 years supporting women through life’s key transitions from menstruation and pregnancy to menopause. I have trained in Shiatsu, Reflexology, Watsu Chi Nei Tsang and more - therapies that help harmonize the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
As a certified Doula, I provide emotional, physical and educational support before and during birth.
I offer inspiring talks, women’s circles, and experiential workshops that explore stress relief, energy balance, storytelling, embodied wisdom and spiritual growth.
I offer a tailored session for workplace team, helping to cultivate resilience, well-being, and mindful self-care.
