Saunas for Vacation Rentals: Open House for Utah Hosts

Could a sauna be a good fit for your vacation rental?

Join Redwood Outdoors for a relaxed evening with fellow Utah hosts to explore sauna options, practical setup considerations, and how a wellness amenity can strengthen your guest experience and help your listing stand out.

Whether you’re an Airbnb or Vrbo host, a co-host, or a property manager, you’ll leave with a clearer picture of what it takes to add a sauna to your property and whether it makes sense for you.

What we’ll cover
Property fit and space requirements, electrical and installation planning, cleaning and maintenance between guest stays, operating costs, and key questions to ask before you buy.
