Forward 2027 (FWD 2027) — Powered by Miami Tech Works

With Forward 2027 (FWD 2027) — Powered by Miami Tech Works, South Florida’s workforce, education, and employer community gathers to spotlight the progress made across four years of partnership and to explore the workforce trends, emerging industries, and bold initiatives that will define the region’s tech talent pipeline for the decade ahead.

Join leading employers, academic institutions, training providers, community-based organizations, and talent as we celebrate milestones, learn from each other, and shape what comes next — from fintech and quantum computing to clean energy, health tech, and the AI-ready workforce. Together, we’re building a Miami ecosystem where a thriving, sustainable talent pipeline drives a new era of economic growth and innovation.

Hear from industry leaders, forward-thinking educators, and program champions. Learn from the voices of early talent and recent graduates. And participate actively in designing the next generation of initiatives that will move our local tech ecosystem forward.
