All event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified for a particular event.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for refund or credit. This includes no-shows.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Requests due to medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be reviewed individually at the organizer’s discretion.
