Hosted by Wisdom Happy, this workshop draws from strategies and patterns he’s developed and personally uses to stay energized, focused, and resilient across creative work, relationships, and long-term projects.

Ways to increase energy quickly when you’re depleted or stuck
How to intentionally rest so short breaks actually restore you
