Frequently Asked Questions

I have signed up for the online class. Can I switch to a physical class if my child’s schedule permits?
Switching from online to physical classes is not available due to limited classroom capacity. Once enrolled in the online mode, your child will attend all 10 sessions online.

I have signed up for the online class. How can I collect the materials?
Lesson materials are prepared for each session. We will share the softcopy for printing once it is ready (before the lesson).
Note: Physical class students will receive the materials during class.

What is the teacher-to-student ratio on-site?
Our teacher-to-student ratio is up to 1:20.

What happens if my child joins late or misses a session?
Recorded lesson video will be provided to all students, so they can catch up if they join late or miss a class.

Are make-up classes provided?
There are no make-up lessons. However, students may catch up using the recorded lesson videos.

What if my child still needs help with concepts they don’t understand?
Students may continue to ask questions and clarify concepts/answers during lessons.

Is there a break during lessons? How long is it?
Each lesson is 2 hours. There are no scheduled breaks.

What is the class format? Classes follow the standard MS classroom format:
- Concept paper and worked examples
- Practice questions
- Selected exercises may include group work
