The program combines short, practical inputs with guided build time and peer feedback. You'll learn repeatable workflows that prioritize reliability and compliance, making adoption easier within your organization.
Course Schedule
Six Sessions, One Complete Agent. Each 90-minute session combines a short practical input, guided build time where you work on your own voice agent, and peer feedback where others test and help improve your work.
February 13th | 12:30 - 14:00 Pick Use Case & Define Success Start with focus. You’ll choose one high-value task for your voice agent, define measurable success criteria, and set clear boundaries for what the agent will (and won’t) do. By the end, you’ll have a tight scope that prevents feature creep and makes testing meaningful.
February 27th | 12:30 - 14:00 Design Conversation Flow & System Prompt Turn your idea into a first system prompt for the agent. We’ll design the conversation flow, key prompts, and voice interaction patterns — including openings, transitions, and fallback handling.
March 13th | 12:30 - 14:00 Technical Set-up | ElevenLabs Get the system running. You’ll receive a practical introduction to ElevenLabs and the basic building blocks behind voice agents (LLMs, latency, quality, and cost trade-offs). The goal: a functional voice → LLM → voice setup you can iterate on.
March 27th | 12:30 - 14:00 Test & Improve Validate your agent with real feedback. You’ll test within the cohort, plan external testing with clients, and implement operational safeguards: consent language, data handling protocols, and clear usage boundaries. You’ll leave with a prioritized improvement backlog based on test results.
April 10th | 12:30 - 14:00 Make It Client-Ready & Manageable Make it usable beyond you. We’ll document setup steps, create operating instructions, and define a pragmatic data management approach (access, retention, deletion). This session prepares your agent for reliable deployment and potential team handover.
April 24th | 12:30 - 14:00 Demo Day & Improvement Plan Show what you built. You’ll present your working voice agent, receive structured feedback, and develop a clear roadmap for the next iterations — whether that’s improving performance, expanding features, or adding new use cases.
