Workshop #4 - Caring for Your Crew by Designing Meetings That Matter (February 24 @ 2-2:30pm ET)
This workshop is all about how to make everyone who is attending the meeting feel like it was important that they attended by emphasizing various methods of participation.
Some of the common meeting problems this workshop seeks to address are: lack of engagement or participation during a meeting, only hearing from a few people contributing their ideas/thoughts, never getting a sense of what the group wants/needs in order to create a satisfying meeting.
In this workshop we will:
Have structured pair conversations to surface thoughts & beliefs about participation
Gain clarity around contribution—why we want it and how to best ask for it
Explore and broaden our definition of meaningful engagement

This workshop is 30 minutes long. The waiting room will be on before each workshop begins so please try to arrive prior to 2pm ET as we will get started promptly to maximize the time we have together.
This workshop will be recorded and all of the resources and downloads will be made available on the resource page after each workshop. The recordings will be live for 30 days after the workshops conclude.
This session is participatory! There is a breakout room discussion and we will brainstorm together as well as doing solo reflection.
Due to breakout rooms, it is preferable that everyone join on their own Zoom account, however if your team wants to participate together we can accommodate that.
