Yoga Nidra Pod
Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice of deep conscious rest. Often referred to as "yogic sleep," it combines deep rest with heightened awareness to reveal, heal and awaken aspects of the self. Yoga Nidra stimulates the relaxation response, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, offering mental and physical healing benefits.
With its origins stemming from ancient Hindu texts, Yoga Nidra is considered a transcendental sleep and sacred force that facilitates cosmic cycles of creation. Yoga Nidra Shakti is also considered the goddess of rest, linking the restorative practice to the divine feminine. It has evolved over centuries into a guided meditative practice with therapeutic applications, used for spiritual liberation, mental health, personal development, creativity, and sleep support.
