โEvery Sunday at 4pm AEST, join Dr Daniella Goldberg PhD online for one hour of gentle yoga, breathwork and mindfulness designed specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause.
โThis is your weekly sanctuary. One hour before the week begins to ground your nervous system, ease your symptoms and start Monday feeling calm, clear and like yourself again.
โWhat we cover each week: ๐ง Gentle menopause-specific yoga โ slow, therapeutic movement to release tension, ease hot flushes and reconnect you with your body ๐ฌ๏ธ Cooling breathwork โ techniques clinically shown to lower cortisol and reduce anxiety ๐ฟ Guided mindfulness โ a different practice each week to leave you feeling centred and quietly ready
โWhat you need: A yoga mat (a towel works perfectly), a quiet space and a device to join Google Meet. Complete beginners warmly welcome.
