About Event

Take the Nerds to the Museum!

On the free first Sunday at the Oakland Museum of California we'll be visiting the OMCA with a wandering group of creative hackerspace members and friends from SudoRoom, Noisebridge, and beyond! Feel free to join in and explore even if you aren't a hackerspace visitor.

A highlight is the California history section with its own Silicon Valley "garage" with the early Apple computers, Osborne and more fun electronics.

Stay tuned for more details!

Meet at the Town Fare Cafe next to the front admissions desk. This is a delightful Oakland native cafe by Chef Michele that pays attention to a mix of Southern roots and Oakland heritage.
