Choose the questions that matter to you, help shape the agenda and spend the day solving real AI engineering problems with peers. The room proposes, votes on and leads every session. Lunch and drinks are on us.
What to expect
No keynotes and no usual-suspects panel. The day is shaped by the people in the room: the most useful questions, demos and shared problems become the agenda. It's built for the conversations that are hard to have at a normal conference, like unfinished ideas, hard production problems, lessons from failed experiments and practices moving too fast for a polished slide deck.
An agenda created and voted on by participants that morning
Parallel discussions, demos and problem-solving sessions
Freedom to move whenever another session would be more useful
How the day works
Everyone starts by writing down the questions, topics or demos they most want to explore. We cluster related ideas, vote, and turn the strongest themes into a grid of parallel sessions. A session might be a group discussion, a quick show-and-tell, a hands-on problem-solving workshop, or a short provocation followed by conversation. Lead something, help shape it, or just take part.
Who should come
AI engineers, software engineers, technical leaders, founders, researchers, data practitioners, designers and product people. The common thread is curiosity about how AI is changing the systems we build and the work around them. You don't need a prepared talk or to call yourself an expert. Bringing a real question is just as valuable as bringing an answer.
What to bring
Your experience, lessons, questions and concerns. If you've got something worth demoing, bring that too. A laptop is optional.
Good to know
Free to attend, with lunch and drinks throughout the day
No presentation required. Jump in or start by listening
If a session isn't useful to you, move to another one. That's part of the format
You don't need an AI Engineer conference ticket to join
