This session builds on Choosing a Corporate Venturing Model and focuses on moving from decision-making to commissioning.
The first 100 days should result in three key deliverables: an explicit statement of intent, a written thesis, and gate governance established before any capital is deployed. Without these, efforts risk becoming performative.
This session reviews the 100-day calendar, identifies common pitfalls such as launching pilots before defining theses, hiring before setting mandates, and making announcements without evidence. It also provides the Bold + Bounded checklist we use.

Who it's for This session is designed for executives launching a venturing program this year. While Choosing a Corporate Venturing Model provides helpful background, it is not required. This session is self-contained.
