Lettuce Run Club is excited to announce that we’ll be offering Community Yoga once a month before our weekly run!
Join Natalie for a free 60-minute Runner’s Yoga class from 5:00 PM–6:00 PM at Monte Bella Community Park. This class is designed to help improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement for runners and walkers alike.
✨ Free and open to everyone
✨ All levels welcome
✨ No running experience required
After class, stick around and join us for our community run or walk. Whether you’re coming for yoga, the run, or both, we’d love to have you there.
