The Lady’s Realm Open House: Diversity Day
We do quite a lot of work with organisations, but if you know The Lady’s Realm through our community, events or Journal, you might have absolutely no idea what that work looks like.
So we’re opening the doors for an hour.
At The Lady’s Realm, our mission has always been to make work radically better for everyone. A big part of that is the work we do with organisations — creating spaces where people can understand each other better, speak more openly and actually practise doing things differently.
On 6 October, the Netherlands celebrates Diversity Day. You gotta love the Dutchies — one day when organisations across the country make space to actually work on diversity and inclusion together.
And because our dear co-founder Fransje is Dutch, obviously we’re getting involved.
Over the past few years, we’ve worked with organisations on allyship, psychological safety, personal stories and GenAI. We’ve tried things, tested things and seen what really works.
So for Diversity Day, we’ve pulled together a kind of best of The Lady’s Realm — four of the formats that have worked particularly well with teams and organisations.
And rather than send you a deck and say buy this, we thought: come have a look.
Join us for a one-hour Open House this Wednesday. We’ll talk you through what we do with our partners, show you what actually happens in the sessions, answer your questions and let you have a little nose around.
