As an Instructional Designer, Stefania collaborates closely with SMEs to gather the necessary information and expertise for designing and developing training programs. Stefania’s passion for design will yield the most aesthetically pleasing and visually engaging eLearning courses, even for technical training. And she will go to great lengths to make sure she understands the topic at hand before trying to teach it to someone else.
Ioana, an Instructional Designer, partners with SMEs to identify training needs and create interactive and immersive learning experiences. Ioana is passionate about getting things done and she will challenge deviations from the agreed plan when discussing content with SMEs. When it comes to discovering new content creation tools that she can use in order to make content creation better and more efficient, she is unstoppable.
Silvana is a Learning Consultant who excels at transforming complex topics into engaging and accessible learning materials. She skillfully communicates with SMEs, asking thought-provoking questions and actively listening to their insights. Silvana is passionate about needs analysis and will challenge initial requests for training to uncover what will truly bring value to stakeholders and learners.
