Investing in Carbon Removal
Carbon Removal Canada, in partnership with TD, University of Toronto's Lawson Climate Institute, and CarbonRun, is hosting Investing in Carbon Removal, which is running alongside Mark Carney's first-ever Canada Investment Summit in Toronto.
The Summit itself is built around a federal plan to catalyse $1 trillion in total investment across Canada over the next five years. Carbon removal has a role to play in that story; not as a standalone industry, but as a layer that de-risks the industrial and infrastructure projects investors are about to bet billions on.
