After a sold-out first session, That Slow Jam Party and Movement in Color return with the second edition of Mood + Movement — this time introducing Hot Pilates, an elevated twist on our signature R&B wellness experience.
Join us on Sunday, November 9th from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM at Seven Yoga Studio (1669 Bayview Ave, Toronto) for an intimate class designed to warm your body, center your energy, and restore your mood — all set to a slow jam soundtrack curated by DJ Lissa Monet.
What is Hot Pilates?
Hot Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed in a heated room (around 95°F). The added warmth helps increase flexibility, boost circulation, and detoxify the body — making it the perfect way to stay active and grounded during colder months. Expect to sweat, strengthen, and stretch your way through mindful movement that connects breath, rhythm, and intention.
