Frequency & Flow | R&B Yoga

​Frequency & Flow is an immersive wellness experience where the sonic meets the somatic through live music, yoga, breathwork, and community connection.

​Led by Eboni Morgan, founder of At the Root Wellness and certified yoga teacher, with a live soundtrack by DJ Liv.digital, this all-levels experience blends mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to help participants regulate the nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and move with intention.

​Hosted at Club Enhergy as part of its 5-Year Anniversary Celebration, the evening concludes with community connection and a curated wellness goodie bag, leaving guests with an opportunity to capture the ‘Enhergy’ of the evening and take home a little bit of it, too.
