Spicy Sunday: The Pleasure Map π₯
βThere's so much more to your pleasure than you were ever told. Not in a vague, woo way, in a literal, "your whole body is part of this" way.
βMost of us are walking around in a body we've been taught to judge, manage, hide, fix, or apologise for, when really, our body is the very thing pleasure lives in. The map. The instrument. The resource.
βThis Sunday, we're getting curious about all of it. In the park! (And no, there will be no nudity, just us talking about pleasure!)
βTogether, we'll explore what a pleasure map actually is, and here's the thing: It looks completely different in every single body. There's no universal "press here, get pleasure" diagram. Your map is yours. Your zones are yours. What lights you up isn't necessarily what lights up the woman next to you, and that's the whole point.
βWhat is Spicy Sundays?
βBetter than church, and way more honest. Spicy Sundays is a monthly outdoor gathering in a local park in Lausanne where we talk about sex, desire, and intimacy out loud, in the sun, like it's no big deal. Because it shouldn't be.
βBring a blanket, bring your curiosity, leave the awkwardness at the gate!
βAugust's theme: The Pleasure Map
βWe'll start with a little anatomy (because it's wild how little most of us were taught), and then we're going way beyond that. Because pleasure doesn't just live in the obvious places. Your pleasure zones are everywhere, the back of your neck, the inside of your wrists, your scalp, your collarbones, your thighs, places you've maybe never even thought of as erotic.
βAnd the map is unique to you. What lights up one woman barely registers for another. There's no "correct" pleasure map. There's just yours, and the journey of discovering it.
βWe'll also talk about how body image, body shame, and decades of being told to be smaller affect how much pleasure we actually let ourselves feel. And what it means to come home to the body you're in, instead of waiting for her to look "right" first.
βYou'll leave with new information, new permission, and practical inspiration for exploring your own pleasure map at home. No homework. No pressure. Just ideas, prompts, and gentle invitations for the curious part of you that's ready to play.
βThe vibe?
βWarm. Shame-free. Playful. There will be laughter. There will be "why did no one tell me this?!" moments. There will be zero judgment and a whole lot of curiosity. You'll leave with a few new "huh, that explains so much" realisations and probably wanting to text every woman you love.
βWho this is for:
βWomen who are curious. All experience levels welcome. Whether you've thought about this stuff your whole life or you're showing up because the title made you laugh, you belong here!
