• ​Due diligence: examine the team and business, test the evidence and identify missing information.

• ​Term sheets & investor rights: understand key clauses and the protections investors negotiate. Each masterclass combines teaching with practical exercises and dedicated Q&A. Investment Committee Challenge Participants work through a startup case, reach a team decision and defend their reasoning: invest, pass or investigate further.
