Whether you’ve just joined Operations Nation, been part of the community for years (whether actively involved or quietly following along), or are exploring whether to join and haven’t quite made up your mind yet - this one’s for you.
Join us for our ON Connection Session - a relaxed space to meet other ops people, swap stories, and build real connections across the community.
We run these sessions a few times each month, at different times to cater to our global community - sometimes it’s an intimate chat with 2–3 people, sometimes it’s a room of 20. Either way, it somehow works.
No matter where you’re at, one of the best parts of ON is finding people who actually understand what you do - and this is exactly what this session is for.
What to expect
A 45-minute, no-pressure session with:
A quick hello from Aušrinė (co-founder of Operations Nation)
Intros with a bit more flavour than the usual “name, role, company”
One or two short breakout chats to meet more people
Come to:
Meet people you wouldn’t normally cross paths with
Expand your network (without the weird networking energy)
Share, learn, or just listen in
No prep needed. No pressure to perform. Just good people, good conversations, and a chance to feel a bit more connected to the Operations Nation community.
