If Day 1 helped you see the big picture of career opportunities in blockchain and the Cardano ecosystem… 👉 Then Day 2 is where you roll up your sleeves and truly get started.
This session is designed as a hands-on, career-focused workshop to help you:
Understand how to start participating in the Cardano ecosystem using your current skills
Explore real roles in Catalyst, SPO, Intersect, and dApp projects
Turn ideas into mini proposals that can grow into community projects or future builder initiatives
🎯 Who is this event for?
For students, freelancers, builders, and young professionals who:
Joined Day 1 and now want to take action
Have skills (technical or non-technical) and want to apply them in Cardano
Are interested in Catalyst, SPO, governance, or dApp building but don’t know the exact first step
🧩 What you’ll experience in Day 2
✅ Orientation: “How do I start with Cardano?” Get a clear path from newcomer → active contributor, whether you lean toward development, content, community, design, education, or business.
✅ Career mapping: “Find the right role for your skills” Match your strengths with roles in the Cardano ecosystem, such as:
Builder / dApp Developer
SPO / Infrastructure Operator
Community Manager / Content Creator
Educator / Event Organizer
Governance & Catalyst Contributor
✅ Simulation & Workshop: “Build a Real Mini Proposal” Work in small groups to:
Choose a simple, real idea (education, tools, events, community, content…)
Turn that idea into a mini proposal in the spirit of Catalyst, including:
What problem are you solving?
What is your solution?
Who benefits from it?
How will your team implement it?
Present your mini proposal and receive direct feedback from the community.
🤝 Throughout the program, you will:
Talk directly with experienced community members
Learn from real examples instead of just theory
Meet people who may become your future teammates in Cardano projects
