This is more than a walk. It’s a space to slow down, connect, and grow together. Each walk is rooted in intention, supportive conversation, and building momentum one small step at a time. All are welcome, including kids, men, and pets. Come as you are and move at your own pace.

Parking can be a little tricky and there may be a fee, so give yourself a little extra time to park and find the group.
Meeting location: We’ll meet at the largest pavilion at the park (Lois Lane Allen Pavilion).
