For impact-oriented organizations, it is not just the big-picture visions of creating a better world that reflect our values, but the micro-interactions and systems we practice on a daily basis. This workshop teaches you hard skills of how to broaden group participation, which in turn increases access to collective intelligence for more representative and creative results.
