​In this hands-on year-end workshop, we’ll help you look back at your year and turn the work you did into clear, meaningful accomplishments.

​We’ll talk about how to identify your biggest wins, put numbers around your impact when possible, and communicate your contributions in a way that makes sense to managers, recruiters, and future employers. You’ll also learn how to prepare for performance reviews and year-end check-ins, update your resume and LinkedIn while the details are still fresh, and start a simple “brag document” to make tracking future accomplishments much easier.

​We’ll also look at the conversation from both sides of the table, including how employees can advocate for themselves and how managers can make year-end conversations more useful for the people they lead.
