​Buyer Office Hours is a free, informal monthly session hosted by Morgan of Breakwater M&A. It’s for anyone who has ever wondered, “I’m thinking about buying a business, can I pick your brain?” Now there’s a standing time to do exactly that.

​Whether you’re just starting to explore the idea or you’re already looking at a specific opportunity, join us on Google Meet for an open, conversational hour. Common topics include:

• ​Where to find businesses for sale, and how to tell a good one from a pass

• ​How deals are typically structured and financed (bank loans, vendor financing, earn-outs)

• ​What to look for in the financials, and what “SDE” and “EBITDA” really mean

• ​How valuation works and what’s a fair price

• ​What the process looks like from first conversation to closing

• ​Due diligence: what to ask for and what red flags to watch

• ​Working with brokers, lawyers, accountants and lenders
