Alcove Morning Sessions at Fabrik Tribeca feat. Favor Coffee
🌞 Make your Monday morning something to look forward to by kicking off the week at Fabrik Tribeca, as we'll be the very first to sip on some exciting new coffee debuts from Christina Chin at Favor Coffee.
☕ Stop by Fabrik anytime between 10am to 1pm for a free cozy coffee tasting and discover how Christina curated and roasted each of these intiguing coffees for her winter release →
Colombia - Huila: Jose Uribe Lasso Washed Process, Pink Bourbon
From the founder of the esteemed coffee farm, El Diviso, this coffee has expressive citrus notes and reminds us of Froot Loops cereal. Jose’s knack for innovative processing intensifies his coffee’s flavors
Rwanda - Northern Province: Dukorere Kawa Bukere Washed Process, Red Bourbon
This lot was produced by the Dukorere Kawa Bukere Cooperative and processed by the Nova Washing Station. Woman-lead Nova Coffee has been a hub for community coffee farmers to improve their coffee growing and processing methods. The result is a silky cup with berry and floral notes.
Myanmar - Shan State: Sin Net Chaung Natural Process, Catuai
An intriguing cup with a sweet but fruity profile from an equally intriguing coffee origin. The specialty coffee sector in Myanmar saw a drastic overhaul in 2014 through a USAID-funded program to improve global rural development
🎁 Christina will have bags on hand to purchase, the perfect gift for a coffee enthusiast in your life.
🎧 If it’s your first time visiting Fabrik, hang out with us for the morning, then grab a $29 day pass to get some deep work done the rest of the afternoon.
